Trip costs are based on distance, cargo weight, vehicle type, and current demand. Drivers set their own prices within our recommended range.

When do I pay?▼

Payment is required at the time of booking. We support Telebirr, CBE Birr, cash on delivery, and bank transfers.

What happens if my trip is cancelled?▼

If a driver cancels, you receive a full refund immediately. If you cancel, refund terms depend on timing (full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before departure).
